Measuring Cognitive & Higher Order Thinking Skills for grades 3 to 8

What You Can't Measure, You Can't Manage

- Peter Drucker,  Management Guru
Inspired by this quote from Management Guru Peter Drucker, we created the CognAQ-IBT, a tool to measure key Cognitive and HoTS that are required not just for academic success but far beyond. The IBT is administered to students in Grades 3 to 8.
The CognAQ-IBT, A video puzzle based assessment tool, has been designed by experts with a view to accurately measure the current levels of Cognitive abilities and HoTS in children.
The World Economic Forum in its Success Skills Survey 2022 has listed ten Top Skills as the skills for the future.

These include Cognitive Skills and HoTS-Higher Order Thinking abilities like-Analytical Thinking, Active Learning, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Logical Reasoning and Complex Problem Solving to name a few.

The report also highlights that we all need to become lifelong learners-so the ability to LEARN, UNLEARN AND RELEARN becomes a habit.
